Built by a Clinician, for Healthcare Practices.
Human-centred voice intelligence designed to protect your team, optimise patient acquisition, and keep your practice diary full.

I founded ViveoAI after spending 25 years working across UK and Ireland healthcare - first as an optometrist in the consulting room, and later helping independent clinics and multi-site groups grow their patient bases. No matter the size of the practice, I kept running into the exact same problem: brilliant clinical teams completely overwhelmed by chaotic front-desk phone lines.
Back then, almost every clinic owner told me the same thing: 'We don't really miss that many calls.' But when we actually looked at the data, the reality was stark.
I realised the average private practice was losing 8 to 12 patient enquiries every single week. These weren't just calls ringing out; they were real people who had a high-value treatment question, couldn't get an answer, and quietly went somewhere else. They never called back, and they never complained. They just vanished.
It became clear to me that the scariest revenue problem in a private clinic is the one you simply can't see. I watched receptionists, assistants, and dispensing teams get so trapped by a ringing telephone that they couldn't handle crucial face-to-face clinical handovers or focus on the patient standing right in front of them.
I knew the industry needed a solution built by someone who actually understood the daily workflow of a practice. Combining my clinical background with a Master's in Digital Communication from Ulster University (focused on Conversational AI), I brought together a dedicated team of senior software developers to build ViveoAI. We engineered it from the ground up to handle the real rhythm of a busy dental diary - from routine check-ups and emergency triage to hygienist recalls and complex private cosmetic treatment enquiries.
ViveoAI is human-centred voice technology - built by a healthcare professional, for practices that value uncompromised care.
