8a. Our website voice demos (Fiona)

Our website offers short voice conversations with AI receptionists for fictional practices: Fiona at Riverside Dental, Riverside Opticians, Riverside Vets and Riverside Physiotherapy. They are demonstrations: no real appointment, message, callback or payment is ever made. We record which demo practice was used alongside each saved transcript.

    • Conversations are transcribed and the text is saved for up to 30 days so that we can review and improve the demo, then deleted automatically.
    • We do not keep audio recordings of these demo conversations.
    • Please use made-up details. Do not share personal, patient, payment or identification information during the demo.
    • Transcripts are accessible only to authorised ViveoAI staff through an authenticated internal page.
    • Audio is processed by our AI voice provider in order to run the conversation.

If you would like a demo transcript deleted sooner, contact us at info@viveoai.com.
