These are key criteria from the currently published LEO rules, not a complete eligibility assessment. Your LEO confirms current conditions, how the transition applies and whether the proposed software qualifies.
Apply before you commit.
No retrospective claims for costs already incurred. A supplier quote is not grant approval.
- 1-50 paid employees; trading for at least 6 months
- The currently published rules require a Digital for Business project within the previous 2 years; ask your LEO how existing reports and the Digital & AI for Business assessment apply during the transition.
- Established, registered and operating in the Republic of Ireland
- Annual turnover or balance sheet total of €10 million or less
- Tax clearance and solvency requirements met
- Not an existing Enterprise Ireland or IDA client
- Proposed software is new to your business and off-the-shelf, not custom or bespoke development
