More room for the people in front of you

    A warm welcome.

    Be there for pet owners

Handle routine pet-owner calls when reception is busy, from opening hours to appointment enquiries.

    Keep routine visits moving

Handle vaccination enquiries and appointment bookings, subject to configured, supported integrations. Capture repeat-prescription requests for staff review - never approve or dispense them.

Keep your team in the loop

Capture messages, callback requests and out-of-hours enquiries with the human handoff agreed with your practice. Administrative support only, not clinical triage or a replacement for vets.

    Built from healthcare experience

    Founded by a clinician
    who knows the front desk.

Sean Higgins, founder and optometrist, started ViveoAI after seeing how much reception time healthcare teams lose to routine calls. ViveoAI builds AI reception around real healthcare workflows - administration only, with agreed human handoff.

    Your next steps

    Explore. Apply. Then begin.

    Find your Local Enterprise Office
    1. Talk to your LEO

Confirm eligibility and the Digital & AI for Business assessment route. Ask your LEO how existing Digital for Business reports and the current two-year requirement are handled during the transition.

    2. Get a quote. Apply first.

Explore ViveoAI and request a euro quote. Submit your application before any commitment, contract, project commencement or spend. Confirm approval and timing with your LEO.

    3. Begin after confirmation

Only proceed when your LEO confirms you can. Incur approved annual software costs before reimbursement, and follow its claim and evidence requirements.

    The grant guide

    Could your business qualify?

These are key criteria from the currently published LEO rules, not a complete eligibility assessment. Your LEO confirms current conditions, how the transition applies and whether the proposed software qualifies.

    Apply before you commit.

No retrospective claims for costs already incurred. A supplier quote is not grant approval.

    Current LEO eligibility rules
    • 1-50 paid employees; trading for at least 6 months
    • The currently published rules require a Digital for Business project within the previous 2 years; ask your LEO how existing reports and the Digital & AI for Business assessment apply during the transition.
    • Established, registered and operating in the Republic of Ireland
    • Annual turnover or balance sheet total of €10 million or less
    • Tax clearance and solvency requirements met
    • Not an existing Enterprise Ireland or IDA client
    • Proposed software is new to your business and off-the-shelf, not custom or bespoke development
